You will provide first‐class legal support across complex commercial, technology and outsourcing matters, with a particular focus on a technology‐driven start‐up project that has been live for six months and is now scaling rapidly (the "Project"). Working closely with the Legal VP for this area and partnering with the Legal Managing Director, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across Liberty Tech and the wider Group.

While the Project will be your primary focus, you will also support broader commercial, technology, AI and outsourcing activity across Liberty Global's operating companies and investments. • Advising on all legal aspects of a scaling, technology‐focused start‐up, including commercial operations and contracting models
  • Leading and supporting technology‐focused commercial agreements, including MSAs, TSAs, framework agreements and Statements of Work, as well as AI‐related matters
  • Supporting high‐value, complex and innovative outsourcing arrangements, including long‐term "living" contracts and ongoing SOWs

  • Feeding into commercial strategy and negotiation approach to deliver outcomes in the best interests of the Group
  • Contributing to AI governance, policy and ethics at Group level
  • Supporting dispute resolution, including coordination with external counsel and internal litigation leads
