- As our senior gtm/sales recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind scaling our European go-to-market engine
- You'll partner directly with our sales and marketing leadership to attract, engage, and hire the top-tier talent needed to expand our footprint across the UK and EMEA

- This role is based out of our London office hub on a hybrid schedule, and you will report directly to the vice president of talent acquisition
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for go-to-market requisitions across sales and customer success in the UK and EMEA regions
- Partner deeply with hiring managers and executive leadership to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop targeted hiring strategies
- Source and engage high-caliber passive talent through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and modern talent discovery tools
- Drive a seamless and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to business leaders
