  • 5+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environment
  • Experience selling into the Nordics market
  • Experience closing deals valued at $150,000+ within organisations of 1000+ employees
  • Track record of success in a role with a $1M+ quota
  • Minimum 1 Enterprise AE role, in seat 2+ years
  • Ability to prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of their pipeline
  • Ability to build your own book of business
  • Fluent in Swedish (C2) and in English
  • Based in London or willing to relocate

What the job involves:

  • Working cross-functionally, our Senior AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob.
  • They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
  • Our enterprise segment covers companies with over 1,000 employees, with an average order value of $300k ARR.
  • Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations.
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline.
  • Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.
  • Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, events and conferences.
  • Network with market influencers, consultants and partners.
