This role is for you if you have:
- Substantial experience working on a UX or product-led team.
- Substantial experience in content design and/or UX writing.
- Examples of content that have seen tangible business results or have been used to drive decisions in a squad.
- Excellent capabilities in communication, presentation, and collaborating with diverse individuals, especially in English.
- High level of familiarity with UX design tools, such as Figma.
- The curiosity to adopt AI into your role through integration, algorithmic governance or answer engine optimization (this would be nice to have - we’d still want to hear from you if you haven’t had a chance to apply this into your previous roles).
- Demonstrated experience of working on projects in areas with a large amount of ambiguity and stakeholder input.
- Experience writing and designing for business customers and audiences in the UK and US is a plus.

What the job involves:
We're looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering a period of parental leave. This role focuses on delivering clear and engaging product content experiences for our global business customers, Trustpilot Business. This position involves collaboration with several teams, requiring the candidate to prioritize and manage various timelines effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, writing, and editing compelling in-product content that helps our users and provides data-driven results for Trustpilot. This includes product flows, interface language, product names, navigational content, terminology, and other relevant product content.
- Shaping product narratives, along with squad direction and strategy, by building strong partnerships with product peers and developing documentation.
- Building on and leading B2B product content strategy and designing regular tests that either confirm or grow beyond this.
- Applying strategic thinking to the product, whether it’s defining UX guidance, conducting audits of content experiences, or creating new information architecture.
- Driving the conversation around Content Design and AI, whether that be applying AI-processes to existing workflows, or designing prompts and prompt libraries for new features and products - good knowledge of AI-specific design tools would be great!
- Offering and receiving feedback from your UX design peers by building the best products, as well as running your own content crits with other content designers.
- Creating or contributing to design sessions, wireframes, and high-fidelity design mocks in Figma.
- Collaborating daily with stakeholders across disciplines, including engineering, product design, research, product marketing, and data analytics.
- Consistently recognizing, ranking, and engaging with the most significant projects within B2B.
