We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in Salesforce and a curiosity to understand how our business operates. You’ll be able to spot opportunities for improvement and take initiative to solve problems, while continuing to develop your broader RevOps skillset over time. You don’t need to have done everything before but you should be excited to learn, ask questions, and grow into a more strategic role.

  • Hands‑on Salesforce admin experience is essential; Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Experience with automation using Flow and handling user support tickets/case management.
  • Experience managing users, building reports/dashboards, and supporting day‑to‑day CRM operations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
  • Curious and proactive mindset — someone who asks “why” and looks for better ways of doing things.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of your work.
  • (Desirable) Exposure to SaaS or GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS).
  • (Desirable) Familiarity with tools such as Gong, HubSpot, Zoom, etc.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at LoyaltyLion, you’ll play a key role in continuously improving and enhancing our GTM tech stack. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable solutions, and managing the RevOps backlog. User experience is paramount, so you’ll be closely involved in user management, handling support tickets, training teams, and ensuring a high standard of user satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to translate business needs into practical system and process improvements. As part of a growing company, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, develop your skills quickly, and have a tangible impact on how we scale.

Reporting to the RevOps Director, you’ll collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success to drive operational excellence and support revenue growth.

  • Identify, document, and implement solutions to business problems using a range of tools and technologies.
  • Support and educate teams on systems, tools, and processes to ensure high‑quality data across GTM functions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale operations through systems, data, and process improvements.
  • Support onboarding of GTM teams and help define and track success metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Balance project work with day‑to‑day support for GTM teams.
  • Contribute to projects end‑to‑end, measuring impact and iterating where needed.
  • Work cross‑functionally to support initiatives that drive revenue growth.
