As an RVP of Sales, you will have a proven track record of developing and leading high‑performing enterprise sales teams that sell to new customers. You are comfortable working in partnership with global and regional systems integrators as well as hyperscalers such as AWS and Google.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Enterprise software sales - including senior sales leadership roles building, developing, and mentoring high‑performing teams across the UK and Europe, ideally within process automation or GenAI.
- Demonstrated success in selling and articulating complex, transformative technology solutions to CXOs, clearly demonstrating business value and quantifiable ROI across new and existing customers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business processes, particularly in process improvement and Agentic Process Automation, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to executive audiences.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
- Proven capability to work cross‑functionally in a diverse, fast‑paced, global environment.
- Experience partnering with global and regional systems integrators and hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Google).
- Hybrid new business and upsell/expansion sales experience.
- Experience operating within both earlier‑stage and later‑stage software companies.
- Public Sector vertical experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.

- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Sales Leadership team as Regional Vice President of Sales to lead a team of dedicated new business sales account executives covering the UK and Northern Europe.
- You possess strong knowledge of business processes and applications, and you can help your team sell the vision to CXOs at prospective organizations on transformative agentic process automation solutions that deliver a quantifiable return on investment.
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing sales talent (a team of approximately 5) through coaching and close involvement in the sales cycle to support our ongoing growth and to create and maintain a continuous culture of success and achievement within the team.
- Spending most of your time customer‑facing, developing relationships with prospects, customers and partners to ensure the success of your team.
- Collaborating with strategic partners to approach targeted accounts, develop pipeline, and deliver joint solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and predictable forecast.
