Requirements

  • You are a seasoned PMM who has a bias for action and is not afraid to be hands-on.
  • You have a Masters’ degree from an engineering or business school or university equivalent, and 3-6+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, but also a collaborative person.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and know how to translate multiple concepts into clear, concise messaging.
  • You have a strong understanding of market segmentation and buyer persona development.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and leadership, as well as a strong ability to create relationships in global international environments.

What the job involves

  • As a Product Marketing Associate, you are part of the Marketing Team and work closely with the Product and Sales Teams.
  • You lead the planning and execution of our emerging solutions, collaborating cross-functionally with Product teams, Marketing, Sales, and General Managers to ensure alignment of external needs with internal project execution.
  • Your role is to secure an impactful solution launch and evolve the solution over time (new targets, new geographies, new features, industry-driven messaging, etc.).
  • You contribute to marketing campaigns, sales/marketing/product alignment, events messaging, commercial promotions, sales materials, and sales activation/training.
  • You understand the company goals on the core strategic solutions (MMM, GenAI) and translate them into product marketing strategy and execution.
  • You work closely with product management, sales, local teams, and marketing to ensure cohesive product marketing strategy and execution.
  • You contribute to structuring collaboration processes, governance, and internal evangelization on this new function within the company.
  • You define and manage the go-to-market strategy (MMM and GenAI) aligned with the Marketing team, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market growth.
  • You collaborate with sales and local teams (GM, consultants, etc.) to produce sales enablement (fact sheets, contribute to sales kits, develop compelling sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing collateral).
  • You build training material supporting positioning and differentiators, training teams on “how to pitch effectively” and level up impact.
  • You support strategic RFP, Analyst message consistency, sales/GM/Local teams enablement, marketing, etc.
  • You conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies (MMM and GenAI).
  • You craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives market demand (MMM and GenAI).
  • You cascade value propositions into strategic segments and specific personae (Finance, CPG, Luxury).
  • You create and manage a consistent and effective product/solution story across all marketing channels and touchpoints (e.g., key messages for speaking opportunities, key features for live platform demonstration, killer scripts for video demos, consistency in RFP strategic messages and positioning).
  • You partner with the sales & marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • You partner with product, sales, and marketing to ensure impactful messaging, differentiators, and impact.
  • You support and coordinate multiple teams to secure consistency in messaging/differentiators for events, speaking opportunities, or any other marketing activation in all regions.
  • You track and contribute to analysing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.
