Requirements
- This role is built for someone who genuinely thrives in that combination. You're as comfortable developing positioning and messaging as you are writing a creative brief, running a launch, or building a campaign from scratch.
- 8+ years in a data-driven B2C product company, with a strong track record of owning go-to-market strategy end-to-end.
- Experience launching products and features across diverse international markets, ideally across multiple EMEA or APAC countries, with the cultural fluency to develop messaging that resonates locally, not just regionally.
- Genuinely AI-native. You use AI tools every day to accelerate research, sharpen briefs, test positioning, and scale execution.
- Exceptional positioning and messaging skills. You can move from raw insight to a sharp, differentiated narrative and know the difference between messaging that's technically accurate and messaging that actually works.
- Strong analytical foundation. You're comfortable interrogating unit economics, cohort data, and funnel metrics, and you use them to make sharper decisions.
- Proven ability to influence without authority. You've driven alignment across Product, Brand, Creative, and Growth in complex, scaling organisations.
- Comfortable operating across the full strategic-to-executional spectrum. You don't wait for the org to scale around you and find ways to move at pace and produce high-quality work.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or a similarly regulated consumer category is a plus.
What the job involves
- As the Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and execution for our core remittance product and new offerings across the EMEA and APAC region.
- Reporting to the VP, E&A Marketing, this is a senior individual contributor role — and the only dedicated product marketing presence in the region — which means you'll operate at both ends of the spectrum: setting the strategic direction and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
- You will have the best in class AI tools available and use them as a core part of how you work, enabling you to move faster and think sharper without sacrificing quality.
- Own product launches across E&A. Partner with our product and GM teams to support end-to-end go-to-market for new features and product experiences across the EMEA and APAC region. You'll support the strategy and own the execution, balancing speed with rigour to drive measurable business impact.
- Own regional positioning and messaging. Develop and steward the strategic positioning for E&A's core audiences and customer groups. Translate deep market intelligence and customer insight into differentiated narratives that drive adoption and preference with customers.
- Provide integrated campaign leadership. Partner with the wider Marketing, GM, Product, and Pricing teams to lead major campaigns from brief to in-market execution. You'll be the strategic anchor ensuring coherence across every touchpoint.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of E&A's core audiences: their financial behaviours, motivations, and unmet needs, and use that understanding to sharpen positioning and inform campaign strategy.
- Provide leadership with clear insights, audience and market intelligence, and recommendations that shape broader product and marketing decisions across the region.
