Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years managing financial, Treasury, or payments products in a fintech or financial services environment
  • Experience in a data-heavy domain with strong AI and data/analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Treasury operations, FX, or stablecoin is a strong plus

  • Remitly Treasury powers how money moves, is held, and is managed across our global network
  • As a Principal Product Manager for Treasury, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Remitly's core competitive advantages, driving goals that improve prices for customers and discover new revenue and savings opportunities
  • You will report to the Director of Treasury & Finance Products and work in a hybrid capacity from our London office
  • Develop and deploy AI-native solutions to automate trading, remittance network funding, and FX cost anomaly detection
  • Stay ahead of the market: Monitor trends in payments, Treasury, and stablecoin bringing informed perspective to product planning and external partnerships
  • Be a customer and stakeholder advocate: Develop a deep understanding of the needs of the Treasury organization to ensure we build the right products
  • Deliver products that support FX Trading and Cash Management needs, including FX exposure hedging and liquidity optimization
  • Define and drive product strategy: First execute on, then later establish, a multi-year roadmap for Treasury informed by detailed understanding of the business, customers and internal stakeholders
