- Driving the adoption of AI within the team, ranging from day to day operations to large scale projects

- Stay hands on in Cloud and Platform engineering, leading by example at a technical level
- Defining and enforcing platform engineering best practices that ensure consistency, scalability and operational excellence across the organisation
