- Prior experience leading or mentoring recruiters preferred

- Leading end-to-end recruiting efforts across the EMEA region while building strong partnerships with business leaders and guiding a regional recruiting team
- Focusing on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring recruiting practices align with global talent acquisition strategy under the direction of the VP, Global Talent Acquisition
- Leading full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across EMEA, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent across multiple markets
- Maintaining strong market knowledge and providing insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and competitive intelligence
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across EMEA
- Partnering closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
- Providing guidance on hiring strategy, job design, compensation benchmarking (as applicable), and interview best practices
- Communicating progress, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Guiding, coaching, and supporting a team of recruiters across the region
- Providing direction on requisition management, sourcing strategy, and candidate assessment
- Supporting performance management, development planning, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Fostering collaboration with global TA peers to ensure alignment with global processes and standards
- Implementing and upholding global talent acquisition policies, tools, and best practices within EMEA
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Contributing to regional and global TA initiatives led by the VP, Global Talent Acquisition
- Tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, hiring outcomes, etc.)
