  • Law degree
  • 5+ years of experience practicing law in Europe, either at a Law Firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in a fintech, payments, or technology environment
  • Strong experience in commercial contracts, negotiations and data protection/privacy law (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a business-focused approach
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Additional language proficiency (in either Spanish, Italian, German or other European language) are a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment

  • We are seeking a commercially oriented Legal Counsel with strong experience in commercial contracts and data privacy within the fintech or technology sector to join the Commercial Legal Team, Europe
  • The ideal candidate will support the company's business growth by providing practical, risk-aware legal advice while ensuring compliance with company's policies and applicable regulations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including partnership and client contracts
  • Support the sales team by helping structure deals, enable innovation, and drive commercial initiatives while identifying legal risks and providing practical solutions
  • Provide data protection and privacy advice, including GDPR and other applicable frameworks
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders in the company
  • Develop templates, training materials and draft privacy related policies
