We are seeking a dynamic Lead Software Engineer with strong Documentum experience and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate is technically skilled and thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment, with the ability to guide teams and drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Documentum server (Linux) and DFC
  • Experience with Java, Rust, Node.js
  • GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform
  • AWS (Serverless/EC2/SQS), PKCS#11 (Working knowledge)
  • Filenet P8, Oracle (working knowledge)
  • Linux (RHEL) (working knowledge)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience leading development teams in Public Sector or similar environments
