- Hands on Kubernetes engineering experience in production environments
- Strong CNI experience, ideally including Cilium, Kubernetes networking, network policies, and service routing
- Solid understanding of Linux networking fundamentals and container networking internals
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes deployment pipelines, Git-based workflows, and automated testing principles
- Strong recent Linux (especially Ubuntu) experience
- Exposure to monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting across containerised workloads
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or scripting languages
- Understanding of performance tuned or latency sensitive environments (preferred but not required)

- Implement, configure, and validate CNI solutions (e.g., Cilium), network policies, and associated platform capabilities.
- Drive high quality engineering practices including testing, documentation, peer reviews, and CI/CD automation.
