The Junior Partner Manager will play a key role in supporting Sabio’s relationships with top tier partners—including Google and Cognigy—while also managing day-to-day engagement with emerging innovators such as ElevenLabs, Deepgram, and OpenAI. You will help coordinate joint initiatives, track partner performance, contribute to go to market activities, and ensure internal teams have everything they need to deliver value through these partnerships. • Support engagement with next tier and emerging technology partners such as ElevenLabs, Deepgram and OpenAI.
  • Maintain an up to date understanding of partner roadmaps and programme requirements.

Coordination & Operational Management:

  • Help prepare and run regular partner check-ins, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
  • Track actions, follow‑ups, and deadlines across multiple internal teams (Sales, AI Proposition, Marketing, Delivery).
  • Ensure Sabio meets partner programme criteria such as certifications, reporting, and compliance.

Go‑to‑Market & Sales Enablement:

  • Support the creation of partner aligned collateral, pitch materials, and internal playbooks.
  • Coordinate joint marketing activities, webinars, and partner supported campaigns working alongside Marketing.
  • Share new partner capabilities and value propositions with the AI team and with Sales and Pre-Sales people.

Insights, Reporting & Enablement:

  • Help monitor partner performance including pipeline influence, deal registrations, and joint opportunities.
