- Proficiency in digital content creation, internal communication platforms and channels, and social media; video editing is a plus

What the job involves
- This role will report to the Vice President of Communications, Reuters, but will also work closely with the VP, Internal Communications, Thomson Reuters and her team to help deliver a gold standard employee experience to all Thomson Reuters employees
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage internal communications channels, ensuring high-quality materials and effective messaging
- Create content for executive presentations including monthly town halls, email messages and internal digital channels
- Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership, including the President and Editor-in-Chief
- Support cultural change initiatives and collaborate with HR and colleagues across both Reuters and Thomson Reuters on business change programs
- Deliver internal communication strategies to support Reuters and its leadership team
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Reuters businesses and internal communications best practices
- Communicate complex ideas to various organizational levels and negotiate solutions between key individuals to ensure communications are strategic, engaging and effective
