What the job involves

  • As Influencer Marketing Manager for the UK, you will be responsible for adapting and executing yfood’s influencer marketing strategy to grow the brand’s digital presence and drive measurable business impact.
  • You will work across performance-focused platforms, developing authentic partnerships that strengthen brand visibility while delivering against performance and brand objectives.
  • As part of the UK marketing team, you will also contribute to refining influencer acquisition strategies, processes, and tools to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-impact partnerships.
  • Localise and execute yfood’s influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and TikTok in the UK market.
  • Identify, source and onboard creators of all sizes, building a strong and diverse influencer network aligned with the brand.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts and briefs that enable creators to produce authentic, high-performing content.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, approvals and campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and UK-based agencies, acting as a trusted partner for long-term collaborations.
  • Manage campaign KPIs, ensuring performance is tracked, analysed and continuously optimised.
  • Support performance initiatives such as affiliate collaborations, discount code tracking, whitelisting/paid amplification and creator-led paid media, where relevant.
  • Monitor campaign results and compile regular reporting on influencer performance, sharing insights and best practices across markets.
  • Work closely with marketing, product and retail teams to ensure influencer activity aligns with broader brand campaigns and commercial priorities.
