We are recruiting for a Head of Product Development to join our Product team. Investment expertise means nothing if clients don’t experience it. Our business development and client experience teams build trusted relationships across regions, while our marketing, investment, and communications teams showcase what sets us apart – powering our growth.
Reporting to the Head of Global Product, the Head of Product Development (Public Markets) will lead a team of Product Development Managers and be accountable for new product development activity across Public Markets strategies.
This role collaborates across all areas of Aviva Investors to carry out detailed feasibility assessments for new products. The aim is to ensure that new ideas meet clearly identified client needs, are supported by strong investment capability and capacity, demonstrate robust financial business cases, and can be effectively delivered operationally.
The role also oversees the build and launches of new products, including project management, with a focus on delivering good client outcomes and managing risk in a thoughtful and responsible way.
