To support our growing business, we are looking for a Director of B2B Marketing who is ready to make an impact in the healthcare space. This is a great opportunity to shape how clinicians engage with our services and ultimately, improve lives.
You bring leadership, vision, and a drive for impact, combined with humility and collaboration. As Head of Marketing you will connect our evidence-based weight management services to NHS GPs, driving high-quality referrals that directly impact patient outcomes.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, this is a strategic and hands-on role that leads our B2B marketing efforts. You will lead, mentor, and influence a broad stakeholder group, including senior NHS leaders, sales and clinical teams, data teams, and external PR and public affairs agencies.
As a marketing expert and experienced leader, you’ll drive bold, measurable campaigns that advance Oviva’s growth and brand impact.
- Design and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns that increase NHS GP referrals for Oviva’s tier 3 services
- Lead data-driven performance strategies, continuously refining efforts to exceed lead generation KPIs
- Manage and optimise campaign pipelines using Marketing Cloud Salesforce
- Collaborate with data teams to deliver insight-driven strategy reporting
- Craft compelling content and communications tailored to healthcare professionals
- Oversee budget allocation to maximise marketing ROI
- Lead external partnerships (PR and political affairs) to enhance brand positioning and credibility
