You will play a key role in partnering across the business on the best hiring, interviewing, and closing strategies. You will set high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot when needed. Our team partners very closely with the business; you need to understand what drives them to be successful in this role β you are an extension of the sales team.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, and evaluate top candidates.
