Requirements
- You bring hands-on experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing — ideally from fintech, wealthtech, or financial services — with a proven track record of owning pipeline metrics and improving CAC/LTV in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
- You bring deep familiarity with ABM — you have run programs targeting low-volume, high-value audiences with long sales cycles and know how to align marketing and sales around a shared account strategy.
- You bring an AI-native mindset — you actively use AI tools and agents in your day-to-day and think about how to build intelligence into growth systems, not just individual workflows.
- You bring strong analytical instincts — you start with data, form a hypothesis, test it, and iterate, and you can translate complex funnel performance into a clear story for any audience.
- You bring experience working in or alongside regulated industries — you understand what it means to move fast responsibly and see compliance as a design constraint, not a blocker.
- You bring a doer's mentality — you build, ship, and optimise yourself; you don't wait for a team or perfect conditions to get started.
If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!
What the job involves
- As our first Growth Lead, you will be accountable for the metrics that matter most: MQL volume, CAC/LTV, Time to Invest, and ultimately AUM growth and unique investor count, operating across the full funnel from first touch to repeat investment and referral.
- The challenge is real: you are marketing a complex, regulated financial product to a discerning UHNW audience with long decision cycles, high trust thresholds, and zero tolerance for noise.
- The opportunity is equally compelling: to be one of the first growth leaders in private markets to build an AI-native growth engine, with the autonomy, the backing, and the right moment to do it.
- The Growth Lead joins Moonfare's Marketing team — a lean, high-output team responsible for building the brand, generating demand, and driving investor acquisition across global markets.
- Marketing sits at the heart of Moonfare's commercial engine, working in close partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations to convert awareness into committed capital. This role reports directly to the CMO and will be a key voice in shaping how Moonfare grows.
- Bring an AI-first mindset to the entire growth stack. From prospecting, enrichment, and lead optimisation to personalisation at scale, you’ll continuously identify and implement tools that reduce time-to-insight, increase precision, and free up human thinking for higher-order problems.
- Own the full acquisition funnel — designing and executing multi-channel programs (paid, owned, ABM, referral, partnerships) that bring qualified UHNW investors and family offices to Moonfare, and building channel-level P&Ls that connect spend to outcomes.
- Lead ABM strategy for high-value segments, working hand-in-hand with Investor Relations (sales) to define target accounts, build outreach sequences, and ensure pipeline quality and velocity from MQL to close.
- Build and drive CRM engagement and lead nurture programs in partnership with RevOps, ensuring no lead goes cold and every touchpoint across a long, complex sales cycle is deliberate and effective.
- Scale Moonfare's referral flywheel turning satisfied investors into a compounding acquisition channel, and track K Factor as a core measure of community-driven growth.
- Run a structured experimentation program across channels, messages, and audiences, maintaining a live test-and-learn log that feeds directly into strategy and compounds over time.
- Own growth reporting for the CMO and leadership team — translating funnel data into clear narratives, actionable recommendations, and real-time dashboards that drive decisions.
