- Ensure a high standard of API design, consistency, and versioning
- Partner with the API Platform & DevEx team to deliver: Clear documentation, predictable data models and scalable onboarding for partners
What success looks like:
In the first 6–12 months:
- 6+ new ERPs integrations successfully launched and adopted
- ERP aggregator integration live and supporting multiple downstream ERPs
- Clear, well-documented integration guides with low integration friction
- Strong feedback from partners on reliability and usability
- Reduced operational and support overhead for ERP-related integrations
Level-specific expectations:
- Senior Product Manager (L4): Own the ERP Connectivity roadmap and execution end-to-end. Operate independently within the domain. Drive delivery with engineering and partners. Make strong tactical decisions with limited guidance.
