Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B event or project management, ideally within tech or SaaS
  • A proven ability to take full ownership of global trade shows, conferences, and corporate events from concept through to delivery
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Teams or GoTo
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to measure, understand, and communicate event ROI
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with the resilience and problem-solving ability to keep things moving in a dynamic environment
  • (Desirable) Experience curating immersive or experiential event concepts that enhance attendee engagement
  • (Desirable) Experience with tools like WordPress, Figma, or Canva

What the job involves

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized Global Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of Attensi’s events globally. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional in-person and virtual experiences that bring our brand to life, engage our global audience, and support our sales organization with high-quality leads. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in the UK, US, and Norway to create seamless, impactful events that align with our company goals and values.

  • Event Planning: Own the end-to-end delivery of Attensi’s global events strategy – including internal and external events, both in-person and virtual
  • Execution & Logistics: Plan and manage all aspects of event operations, including logistics, budgets, timelines, vendors, on-site delivery, and post-event evaluation — in collaboration with local teams across regions
  • Budget Management: Align event budgets with business goals and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage external partners, suppliers, and venues
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on event performance metrics such as ROI, attendee engagement, lead quality, and pipeline impact
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Content, and Creative teams to ensure each event reflects Attensi’s tone, identity, and messaging
  • Financial & Legal Alignment: Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on contracts, payments, and compliance for all event-related activities
