- Bachelor's degree, or experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience in corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritising and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- (Desirable) Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets

As a Full Lifecycle Recruiter, you'll own the complete recruitment journey—from discovering and engaging candidates to closing offers and welcoming new team members—while creating meaningful experiences that reflect Amazon's commitment to inclusion and excellence.
- Source and engage candidates using internal and external tools, search techniques, and multiple channels—including employee referrals, career portals, and events—to build high-quality, unbiased candidate pipelines that meet team goals and service level agreements.
- Conduct pre-screening conversations to assess candidate compensation expectations, skill alignment, and availability, while explaining the interview process and setting accurate expectations about roles and compensation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and provide guidance on Amazon's value proposition and best practices in sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Drive positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle by coaching candidates on behavioural interviewing techniques, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring accurate documentation of all candidate interactions and pipeline progress.
- Optimize recruitment processes by analysing candidate funnel data, identifying process improvements and blockers, ensuring data integrity across all systems, and escalating issues appropriately to support team efficiency and operational excellence.
- Be a UK national and able to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Clearance.
