- Proven navigation of enterprise sales motions: multi‑threading, business casing, RFPs, InfoSec, legal negotiation and procurement.
- Fluent with data‑driven proposals and exec storytelling. Strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot) and forecasting discipline.

- Lead enterprise partnerships and new business across our employer and education products - unlocking life‑changing outcomes for thousands of students each year while putting AI‑powered tools in the hands of educators and global brands.
- Codify what 'good' looks like for a category that doesn't fully exist yet, and grow new revenue across target verticals.
- Map and penetrate target accounts at exec level (Early Careers, HR, CFO, COO, education leadership).
- Build multi‑threaded relationships and executive sponsors across procurement and legal to accelerate large‑scale, multi‑year deals.
- Act as a category voice for AI in education and social mobility. Keynote at industry forums, and host partner roundtables that generate qualified pipeline.
- Run a rigorous consultative sales process. Quantify business cases, build ROI models, navigate RFPs and security reviews, and co‑design partnerships with measurable hiring and learning outcomes.
- Structure, price and negotiate complex SOWs and MSAs with legal and procurement.
