- Strong experience in understanding multidiscipline role profiles, and leading to build high performing teams to deliver outcomes.

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join the esynergy Delivery function. You will manage project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
- You will also take on engagement responsibilities that help associates, clients and internal teams stay aligned and supported throughout each assignment.
- Senior accountability for e2e delivery including business development, pre sales and creation of delivery SOWs with senior consultants and project teams.
- Able to extract, articulate and embed value within end to end delivery lifecycle.
- Lead weekly account planning & reporting, landing delivery reports and maintaining regular client engagement touchpoints (internal and client).
- Support resource forecasting and capacity planning across accounts to optimise team utilisation within esynergy's delivery function.
- Accountable for all delivery roadmaps, maintaining plans using agile methodology, identifying stakeholder maps and owning RAID activity to uncover and expose risks and issues.
- Completion statements, monthly value reviews and monthly team health checks.
