Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a deal desk, bid management, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role
- 2 years of Software/SaaS industry experience

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning

The Deal Desk Analyst will be responsible for helping our global sales organization facilitate the sales process across Datasite’s suite of products. This critical role will assist the sales cycle from quote to collection in a timely and accurate manner to ensure there is a smooth transition between systems, order acknowledgement, validation/integrity of orders and making sure statements to customers are accurate.
Establishing strong cross-functional relationships and collaboration with the Sales, Finance, Billing and Customer Support teams is essential for this role. Work closely with the Global Deal Desk team to triage items received in the shared inbox. Proactive monitoring & actioning of the Global Deal Desk audit queue. Help validate all critical information for each deal in CRM from deal structuring to closed won. Process (review and approve or elevate) exception pricing within guidance parameters. Identify and make recommendations for process improvements; assist or drive implementation. Support our e-signature process with relation to sales contracts. Assisting with continuous improvement projects & associated documentation. Become an SME on Datasite’s quote to cash process. Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization.
