We're looking for a highly capable operator with prior experience working directly for a Founder or C-suite leader in a high-intensity, global environment. The successful candidate will combine strong strategic and commercial acumen with the stamina, judgement and discretion required to act as a trusted extension of the Founder across complex, cross-functional priorities.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience working in a high growth company, ideally with direct Founder experience.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
  • Proven success in planning and leading cross functional projects.
  • Excellent workload prioritisation and ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, demonstrating resilience and ability to work at pace.
  • Ability to build productive relationships across all levels, with strong influencing and networking skills.
  • Utterly discreet and used to managing confidential information and projects.
  • Comfortable operating at Founder / C-suite level, with the gravitas to engage credibly with senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of commercial drivers, including trading performance, P&Ls, financial results, and operational trade-offs.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-moving businesses where ambiguity and pace are the norm.
  • Deeply trusted operator who can act as an extension of the Founder.
  • Calm under pressure, unflappable in high-stakes situations.
  • High judgement, low ego, strong sense of accountability.
  • Comfortable being “behind the scenes” while driving significant impact.

What the job involves:

  • 12-month FTC (Fixed-Term Contract).
  • Support our Founder, Chair, Chief Creative Officer, and President, Charlotte Tilbury, channelling her direction effectively across the entire business.
  • Enable the continued explosive growth of the Charlotte Tilbury brand by helping our Founder prioritise her time on the most strategic and important topics.
  • Maximise effectiveness by ensuring that meetings and materials are prepared to a high standard, following up on actions and helping to make connections across the business.
  • Own the daily operating rhythm with the Founder, including concise daily briefings covering key strategic priorities.
  • Anticipate upcoming decisions and proactively ensure the Founder is briefed with the right materials, context and options.
  • Act as a thought partner to the Founder on strategic, organisational and commercial topics.
  • Work with the Founder and CEO to ensure strategic direction is communicated to the leadership team with a clear roadmap in place.
  • Attend key internal and external meetings alongside the Founder to document decisions, actions and owners.
  • Maintain a clear view of Founder-level commitments and decisions, ensuring nothing is lost between intent and execution.
  • Support preparation for board, investor and market-facing presentations, ensuring strategic clarity, strong commercial narrative and robust data and financial grounding.
  • Review trading updates, performance dashboards and financial outputs, synthesising key insights and implications for the Founder.
  • Support long-range and annual strategic planning cycles, ensuring alignment between ambition, resources and execution.
  • Day-to-day liaison between the Founder and business leaders/external clients to ensure the successful activation of key business initiatives.
  • Liaise on critical issues and collaborate with/coordinate business leaders to resolve.
  • Act as first point of review for presentations and proposals requiring the Founder’s approval.
  • Collaborate with the Founder’s EA Team to ensure effective prioritisation of time and schedule management.
  • Coordinate and/or lead ad-hoc projects, presentations, and briefs of strategic importance to the Founder.
