What the job involves
- Assist with various aspects of product management, from initial research to post-launch activities.
- Support a wide range of internal stakeholders from the engineering, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Report to the Group Product Manager.
- This role is centered within the Identity & User Management, and Billing areas.
- Assist in research projects and customer discovery initiatives to inform product decisions.
- Review, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Participate in day-to-day activities with Engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery support.
- Help teams remove blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve prioritization conflicts.
- Analyze performance metrics and help the Product Manager to make informed decisions.
- Support communication and visibility of product initiatives to the organization, particularly marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Collaborate with product and user interface designers to understand user experience design principles and customer journey optimization.
- Partner with product marketing to understand go-to-market strategies and customer communication approaches.
- Participate in agile development processes and learn best practices for product delivery.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, roadmaps, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in the analysis of product performance through the adoption funnel of mobile and SaaS products.
- Learn and apply product planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks.
