You lead by example. While your primary focus is client delivery, you maintain the technical depth required to guide engagements end-to-end from initial architecture through to production:
- Engineering: Full stack experience across several languages & data, for e.g. .Net, React/Typescript, javascript, SQL, Cosmos, YAML, JSON. An advanced understanding of modern engineering practices such as pairing, mobbing, TDD, security by design, error handling, AI use in development with tools like CoPilot / Claude, prompt engineering and a shift left approach using observability tools like Datadog and Dynatrace.
- Technology Breadth: You bring deep expertise across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure Landing Zones, Entra ID, cloud-native patterns such as serverless and event-driven architectures, serverless, and a wide range of PaaS and IaaS workloads with strong alignment to the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
- DevOps Practices: You are fluent in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration, with hands-on experience across a broad technology range, including Terraform, Bicep, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Platform Expertise: You have hands-on experience with building GenAI and the Azure AI Foundry ecosystem, Data Platforms (Fabric / Databricks), and the breadth of Azure PaaS and IaaS services.
- Security & Governance: You understand Zero Trust architecture principles and have practical experience with compliance, FinOps, observability, BCDR, monitoring, logging, and SIEM.
- Architecture Design: You produce clear, considered architectural documentation, HLDs, LLDs, ADRs, and can lead solutions workshops, articulating complex ideas confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Hold relevant industry certifications, e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator.

This pivotal role requires a balance of leading on client, driving the Azure practice proposition in the local market, and deepening our partnerships through genuine technical expertise. You will work closely with AND's global cloud practice team and local leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
