What the job involves

  • As a key member of our New Bets pillar, you will be instrumental in helping us explore and serve new user segments. Your primary focus will be on exploring new product opportunities.
  • You will lead the process from ideation and concept stages to validating and testing key assumptions, and ultimately designing, testing, and building an MVP that can scale if successful.

Outcome 1: Test, validate and build product MVPs

  • Collaborate with your cross‑functional squad to generate concepts that resonate with the target audience.
  • Understand the key financial assumptions we need to test and validate to ensure that the product could be significantly revenue additive at scale.
  • Decide on scope and trade‑offs to get MVPs out to users for the most promising concepts and ensure success criteria are established and evaluated.

Outcome 2: Scale up a successful MVP

  • Work with commercial finance, operations/partnerships to understand lead times and dependencies for scaling an MVP to a larger number of users.
  • Align with marketing on value props for acquiring new users to the product.
  • Continue to validate key assumptions as the product scales and continuously iterate on the product based on learnings.

Leading end‑to‑end discovery, ideation, and validation of new product opportunities. Defining and launching MVPs with clear scope, success criteria, and trade‑offs. Collaborating with cross‑functional squads to rapidly test and deliver product concepts. Validating financial and operational assumptions to ensure scalability. Analyzing user feedback and data to iterate and improve products post‑launch. Partnering with marketing, finance, and operations to scale successful MVPs. Aligning product direction with strategic goals and measurable outcomes. Involving designers, engineers, and analysts in product strategy and decision‑making.
