Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition in a high-growth environment (startup/scale-up preferred)
  • Automotive experience an advantage but not vital
  • Strong experience in:
    • Performance marketing (Google Ads, paid social)
    • Brand marketing campaigns
    • Social media strategy (organic + paid)
    • CRM / lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Salesforce)
    • Analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and KPIs
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Comfortable working with marketing tech stacks and automation tools
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

What the job involves

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. This role requires a highly analytical and creative marketer who can balance brand building with performance marketing execution, leveraging data to optimise the full customer funnel.

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Own and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, partnerships), as well as test new marketing channels and tactics across traditional and digital channels
  • Manage and optimise search and paid social campaigns (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, etc.)
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve campaign performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS)

Brand & Integrated Marketing

  • Develop and execute brand campaigns that increase awareness and trust
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing assets

Social Media & Content

  • Lead organic and paid social media strategy
  • Build and engage Fixter’s online communities
  • Work with content agencies to develop SEO-driven and social-first campaigns

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own CRM strategy (email, SMS, push notifications)
  • Build lifecycle journeys to improve conversion, retention, and reactivation
  • Segment audiences and personalise communications

Analytics & Data

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and BI tools to track performance
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Translate data into actionable growth insights

Experimentation & Optimisation

  • Run A/B or MV tests across landing pages, creatives, and channels
  • Optimise conversion funnels and user journeys
  • Identify new growth opportunities and channels
