- BA or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within B2B, SaaS, software, or technology-driven environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, digital marketing assets, and brand-led design work
- Proven experience designing web pages and landing pages, with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Figma for web and interface design
- Experience using Miro or similar collaboration and ideation tools
- Basic to intermediate experience in video and animation

What the job involves
Mapp is currently looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our international and dynamic Marketing team. As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and strong user experience across all touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, content, web, and regional teams to support campaigns, website initiatives, and brand-led storytelling that drives engagement and supports business growth.
- Design and maintain web pages and landing pages for mapp.com, in collaboration with marketing and web teams
- Create visual assets for digital channels, including social media, campaigns, presentations, and long‑form content packaging
- Design print materials such as flyers, event assets, and sales collateral
- Apply UX/UI principles to improve usability, clarity, and consistency across digital experiences
- Ensure consistent application and evolution of Mapp’s visual identity and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to support global and regional marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality and attention to detail
