We’re looking for a Global Mobility & International Benefits Lead to help us build a clear, thoughtful, and practical experience for people working across different countries. This role sits at the intersection of people, policy, compliance, and employee experience. You’ll lead on how we support international moves, cross‑border working, and benefits for employees outside our core home market.
You’ll lead our approach to global mobility and international benefits, including:
- Designing, owning and improving our global mobility programmes and processes.
- Supporting employee moves across countries, including relocations, transfers, remote working, and short‑term assignments.
- Partnering with Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance, People Ops, and external vendors to make sure things run smoothly.
- Mobility Business Partnering – an integral part of the team for new ventures in new jurisdictions.
- Developing and maintaining global mobility policies and procedures in line with our company mission and culture.
- Driving oversight of business travel tracking and short‑term cross‑border risks.
- Helping shape clear, practical guidance for managers and employees on international working.
- Overseeing immigration and relocation partners where needed.
- Leading on international benefits management.
- Reviewing current benefits across countries and spotting gaps, risks, or areas to improve communication.
- Helping balance employee experience, cost, compliance, and operational simplicity.
- Advising on the people side of new country expansion or changes to ways of working.
