Requirements
- Product minded - we are looking for individuals who get excited about building a product that solves problems for users, not necessarily just about the technical side of things.
- Desirable - You have had experience with our tech stack (desired not essential) (React/Typescript frontend, Elixir/Phoenix backend, AWS infra).
- You understand tradeoffs and how to balance building something right and getting it in the hands of customers.
- Desirable - Cyber security background - whether that’s securing applications, working in a more IT role previously, or red team activities.
- You are comfortable speaking to and helping resolve issues customers are facing - we are a small team so this is a shared responsibility.
- Desirable - You have built or worked on technically challenging systems at scale before.

What the job involves
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop and refine the product vision.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Take ownership of features end to end, from concept through deployment and support.
- Build out scalable patterns and architecture that allow us to not only move fast now, but in the future.
- Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and insights, using this information to guide product improvements.
- Mentor future team members as our company grows, helping to build a culture of excellence in engineering.
