  • A professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) with significant post qualification experience.
  • Experience leading a substantial portfolio of clients or complex advisory projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in IFRS and UK GAAP; US GAAP experience is favourable.
  • Demonstrable experience in an accounting advisory, technical accounting, or financial reporting specialist function.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and deliver high‑quality client service.
  • A track record of business development success and an appetite for driving growth.
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness, and a desire to innovate and improve maximising digital tools to create efficiencies.
