  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a finance or corporate environment (1-3 years)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and the Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • SAP experience not required but a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient administrative operations within the department, focusing on document coordination and general administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate will be meticulous, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Collect mail and distribute to the appropriate Finance contacts.
  • Assist with the review and transition of hard copy documentation to digital formats, supporting departmental digitization efforts.
  • Coordinate the internal signing and external mailing of Acts of Acceptance monthly/quarterly.
  • Processing Certificates of residence for CIS and Latin America.
  • Raising purchase orders & applicable receipts on SAP for department supplier invoices.
  • Printing/collating documents for couriers/signatures.
  • Manage ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the local Finance teams to ensure smooth department operations.

This is a part-time position. Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
