In this role, you will support the Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) with event logistics, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination across the broader marketing team.   • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (internship or agency experience acceptable)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, and Slack preferred
  • Understanding of basic event planning and marketing campaign workflows

What the job involves:

  • Own and execute event logistics in support of Field and Partner Marketing events, including swag shipments, calendar invites, SFDC campaign creation, QR code creation, raffle form setup, etc.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining event documentation, ensuring all event details and logistics are accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and Splash, ensuring proper timing, audience segmentation, and adherence to suppression rules based on content provided by Field Marketing Managers
  • Create event assets using templates - including Splash landing pages, Marketo banners, landing page graphics, and social media images
  • Manage creation and updates of SFDC campaigns; maintain campaign naming conventions, status, budget, and engagement details
  • Execute list load processes for post-event lead uploads into SFDC; ensure all campaign member statuses, notes, and routing rules correctly applied
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Social Media teams to build, schedule, and maintain event-related social media content, ensuring brand alignment and accurate promotion timelines
  • Manage Webflow updates to promote upcoming events, including publishing landing pages and tracking content versions across regions
  • Support cross-functional teams - including Partner Marketing, Strategic Events, and EMEA Field Marketing - with logistical and operational support as needed
  • Monitor and complete assigned tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and all necessary stakeholders are updated
  • Share updates via Slack and Asana on key event deliverables, including SFDC campaign completions and list load links
