Requirements
- 10+ years in finance/accounting/FP&A, including senior leadership experience (Head/VP Finance or CFO) in a tech/product, growing environment
- Strong command of business-model drivers and financial metrics; ability to translate data into insights and influence decisions beyond “the numbers.”
- Proven track record of building and scaling finance processes and systems in a developing environment
- Experience partnering closely with executives and senior stakeholders; clear, concise, and pragmatic communicator
- Solid knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles and audit processes, with confidence navigating both high-level and detailed financial topics
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) and driving finance automation initiatives
- Experience with subscription/usage-based revenue recognition; multi-entity or international operations
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including revenue recognition and financial reporting
- Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA) and/or equivalent experience

- Lead financial strategy, long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts; translate business priorities into clear financial targets and guardrails
- Own management reporting for leadership and (as applicable) the Board: P&L, cash flow, and performance analysis, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights
- Drive capital efficiency and liquidity: oversee cash planning, treasury operations, and spending discipline
- Strengthen accounting and close processes: ensure timely and accurate month-end close, audit readiness, and robust internal controls
- Build and evolve a scalable finance function: establish structured processes, improve operating rigor, and enhance overall efficiency
- Lead the development of the finance tech stack: drive ERP (e.g., NetSuite) implementation and automation initiatives to modernize finance operations
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, while maintaining a strong understanding of underlying financial data and processes
