We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is fluent in French and has an interest in working both inbound and outbound leads to help grow our sales pipeline.
You are based in London, and excel in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote productivity. You are fluent in both French and English.
While 1-2 years of BDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus, we welcome candidates who show potential, drive, and a passion for sales even if they are new to the role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, with a solid grasp of qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT is essential. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a big plus, as is proven success running outbound sales strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are second nature to you—you know how to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with both clients and team members.
What the job involves:
- Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll be the front-line connection with prospects, mastering the sales process and qualification and setting our Account Executives up for success.
- This role is a hybrid (in-office/remote) position that involves researching, initiating and maintaining relationships, and capitalising on every opportunity to foster growth.
- Swiftly respond to inbound inquiries, reducing initial response time.
- Generate new business leads through outbound opportunities via calls and emails.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through effective discovery calls.
- Understand prospect needs and pain points, articulating our product's value proposition.
- Drive urgency to progress prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and targets.
- Initiate meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
- Drive engagement and seize new business opportunities from events.
