Requirements You\’re looking for a role in an exciting, friendly, mission-oriented startup environment , (Desirable) Some experience working in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, contact centres or administrative functions , You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English , (Desirable) An understanding of how products and sales can align with business objectives to generate revenue , Youβre confident building rapport with the brokers you speak with , (Desirable) Experience in financial services; a good understanding of the intermediary or mortgage market is preferred but not essential What the job involves Play a critical role on the frontlines of Gen Hβs broker support team, assisting the wider Growth Team as we build awareness of Gen H and deliver exceptional customer service to our brokers , Serve as the first point of contact for our brokers, helping them with criteria questions, case enquiries and onboarding via calls and emails , Work with our Business Development Managers and wider growth team to strengthen and nurture our existing relationships , Targeted outbounding to strategically valuable brokers and firms with the aim of generating repeat business , Manage inbound and outbound calls to the broker line , Manage emails that come into the broker team , Active case management to ensure brokers and their clients get the best outcomes , Think critically and creatively to help brokers find ways to make tricky cases fit , Building and maintaining accurate and nuanced knowledge of Gen Hβs criteria and policies , Work with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, pricing and risk to get applications across the line and offers issued promptly #J-18808-Ljbffr
