Requirements
- Solid experience in a User Experience Design role and comfortable delivering user focused, insight driven, accessible digital products with minimal guidance.
- A proven understanding and application of fundamental principles of UI Design (e.g. use of grids and spacing, hierarchy, typography and colour).
- Experience facilitating and driving workshops and design sprints within an agile software development environment.
- Understand the opportunities and limitations of the technology that the design solution will be expressed in, and use your experience to influence how to determine its implementation.
- The ability to work as part of a team and give constructive feedback on process improvements and can contribute to the structural design of an interface.
- Experience mentoring and training junior members of the team and help shape the design process established by the UX Lead.
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in Service Design would also be an advantage.
