- As a Staff Software Engineer in Enterprise Architecture, you will lead innovation on some of Kaluza’s most complex and large-scale solutions.
- You will influence technical strategy across multiple teams and contribute to a scalable, global platform.
- Your impact will primarily be 'hands-off', focusing on architectural standards and technical leadership; however, you may occasionally embed into teams to dive into code-level design or build critical proofs-of-concept.
- Architect modern distributed, cloud-based systems applying modern architecture and engineering practices in an enterprise software environment.
- Shape and influence technical vision and product roadmaps to align with business goals.
- Provide hands-on leadership, making appropriate technical choices to satisfy requirements.
