What the job involves
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. This role demands exceptional leadership, organisational skills, and a strong analytical mindset. You will be responsible for orchestrating project activities, facilitating critical discussions with stakeholders, and leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decisions and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Many of the projects drive digitalisation within the CS&L function, therefore digital mindset and competencies are key for role delivery.
- Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and elevate them when needed
- Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
- Lead budget management, resource planning and utilisation
- Own relationships with the external vendors where applicable
- Be competent in PowerBI and able to drive actionable insights from the reporting suite
- Drive continuous improvement within the function
- Have a digital mindset and act like an owner
