What the job involves
- We are looking for an On‑Site Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients
- Working Hours: Sunday‑Thursday, 8 hours a day between 06:00‑18:00
- Manage daily worker attendance, including check‑ins/outs, absence follow‑ups, and real‑time headcount reconciliation against client requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s operational teams and the agency, ensuring shift coverage, volume changes, and priorities are communicated and executed accurately
- Provide on‑the‑ground support to temporary workers, address day‑to‑day issues, monitor performance and conduct, and elevate concerns in line with agency and client processes
- Ensure all deployed workers remain compliant with right‑to‑work, training, induction, and site‑specific health & safety requirements before and during assignment
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked, incidents, productivity metrics, and attrition, supplying timely updates to internal stakeholders and supporting accurate payroll and invoicing
