Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise software sales experience specifically in banking or financial services, selling SAAS/software solutions across large organisations within the industry.
  • Experience selling into C-level customers across multiple business areas.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, customer oriented, progressive, and highly collaborative solution sales professional.
  • Several years of quota carrying sales experience in successfully selling enterprise software/SAAS solutions to financial services clients, closing 6-7 figure multi-year license agreements across business areas.
  • An understanding of the analytics and BI industry is desirable.
  • Curious and always looking to learn and discover what your customer needs and wants; keeping track of market trends and flourishing with improving your own skills.
  • Ability to gain the trust of any stakeholder – from end users to C-level executives.
  • Constantly challenging yourself to exceed goals and objectives, reflected in a track record of quota attainment.
  • Natural desire to seek out new contacts and opportunities; exceptional prospecting, planning, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communicator; networking and relationship building comes naturally.
  • Understanding the importance of winning as a team; partnering with internal and external resources to maximise success.

  • Joining the UKI Sales team selling Tableau solutions into larger Enterprise level accounts in the banking sector.
  • Working with accounts at different stages of their digital transformation journey.
  • Leading your account set and driving your GTM strategy and vision.
  • Enabling customers to access and interpret their data, helping clients transform their businesses.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts.
  • Defining and crafting account plans to map out business opportunities.
  • Being a trusted advisor to customers and developing substantial business relationships across C-level customers and key influencers.
  • Qualifying and understanding customers' business critical issues and having value led sales conversations.
  • Partnering with a virtual internal team to build a road map and strategic plan tailored to each account.
  • Collaborating with Salesforce counterparts on each account to identify and close joint enterprise solution sales opportunities.
