The Project Engineer will support subsea controls and umbilical projects from bid stage through delivery - providing technical authority across hydraulic and electrical controls, project planning, documentation, client liaison, and onsite execution. An ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years of experience and will have an in-depth knowledge of subsea production and controls distribution equipment. This role will be based in Aberdeen; however, depending on project requirements, travel around the UK and globally will be required.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting to the Field Services Manager supporting the delivery of subsea controls systems (new-build, modifications, and refurbishments) and subsea umbilical scopes from bid stage to delivery.
- Based in the DTUK Aberdeen Facility.
- Plan projects, provide support through the site execution phase.
- Support the Aberdeen Facility supervisor in planning the connected scopes and resources.
- Support sales team with enquiries.
