Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant – AI & Machine Learning

Bishop’s Stortford (5 days in office)

£28,000 – £50,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission up to 50% (No Threshold)

  • AI Infrastructure & Research Engineering

With high US fee averages and no commission threshold, this role is built for recruiters who want to maximise their earning potential.

The Opportunity

Whether you are:

  • A Consultant building momentum
  • A Senior Consultant ready to scale internationally
  • Or a Principal recruiter seeking a high-growth AI platform

You’ll have the autonomy to build and own your vertical, supported by an established brand, delivery capability and structured leadership team.

We encourage specialisation, market depth and long-term client partnerships, not transactional recruitment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across AI/ML markets
  • Building and scaling US-based client relationships
  • Winning and delivering on high-value permanent mandates
  • Positioning yourself as a specialist within your chosen AI vertical
  • Collaborating with delivery teams to maximise performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience within AI, Machine Learning or Technology markets
  • Demonstrated billing performance and commercial consistency
  • Ambition to operate in high-value US permanent markets
  • Ability to work 5 days per week from Bishop’s Stortford

Advantageous:

  • Existing AI or US client relationships
  • Experience recruiting into research-led or frontier technology environments
