I am working with a high growth AI company that is building and delivering production grade AI and automation systems for large, complex organisations. They are looking to hire a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to play a central role in how solutions are designed, structured, and delivered.
This position sits at the point where business problems become real systems. The Lead AI Solutions Engineer will work directly with clients, define solution architecture, and guide delivery teams from concept through to implementation. It is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, owning technical direction, and staying close to execution.
What the role involves:
- Working with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear technical architectures
