Location: Bishop's Stortford (5 days office-based)

Salary: £28,000 – £50,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%, no threshold)

DeepRec.ai, part of Trinnovo Group, is continuing to scale its international AI & Machine Learning division and we're looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join our high-performing team. This opportunity is specifically for recruiters with proven agency recruitment experience who want to build and grow specialist AI and Deep Tech markets across the US, DACH, and Switzerland. We are not considering trainee, graduate, or non-recruitment backgrounds for this role.

You'll operate across some of the fastest-growing areas in global technology including AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, MLOps, Computer Vision, and Generative AI, partnering with high-growth start-ups, scale-ups, and established global technology businesses. With strong fee averages, live mandates, established client relationships, and no commission threshold, this is an opportunity to build a genuinely scalable desk with significant earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across AI & Machine Learning markets
  • Building and scaling international client relationships across the US, DACH, and Switzerland
  • Winning new business and developing specialist market verticals
  • Recruiting across AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, MLOps, Computer Vision, and Deep Tech markets
  • Delivering high-value permanent recruitment solutions
  • Positioning yourself as a genuine specialist within your chosen market
  • Collaborating with wider Trinnovo Group brands on cross-sell opportunities
  • Building long-term partnerships with innovative technology businesses

What We're Looking For

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience within Technology or specialist markets
  • Demonstrated billing history within agency recruitment
  • Strong business development and client-winning capability
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently
  • Commercial mindset and motivation to build a high-performing desk
  • Ability to work 5 days per week from our Bishop's Stortford office

Senior and Principal level hires should also demonstrate:

  • Strategic account ownership experience
  • Consistent revenue generation and market growth
  • Ability to win retained/exclusive recruitment solutions
  • Leadership or mentoring capability
  • Strong market credibility within specialist recruitment
